I have two more serial mice for sale. Both mice have been cleaned and tested, notes on them are below.

Microsoft Serial Mouse (P/N:24394) - $15
This mouse has slight yellowing, light scuffs and scrapes with an odd blue mark on the top that won't come off. The label on the bottom has two small puncture marks in it and one of the contact pads is slightly de-laminating. The mouse ball rubber has gotten hard and slick which tends to make the cursor jump around the screen, replacing the ball with another should fix the issue. Both buttons work fine.
Logitech Mouseman Serial-Port Mouse (P/N: M-CQ38 ) - $25
This mouse is in very good condition with no yellowing of the plastic and only light scuffing in a few areas. The mouse tracks fine on the screen and all three buttons work fine (the middle button requires application support.) The PS/2 to Serial adapter is an accessory with the mouse and will be included.
