Sigh.
So I'm replacing the keyboard cable on my Model 1. I'll probably replace it with headers on each end but right now . . . the keyboard end is fine, but getting the cable off the motherboard end several pads, and 2 tracks, lifted.

I'm less concerned about the two tracks - for pin 4 there's a pad nearby and for pin 10 I can run a wire all the way from the EI connector. My concern is more about what I'm going to connect the other end of the wire to . . . Does anyone have a good technique for replacing pads like that?
The pads on the filp side are all fine, and if I use headers that bend 90deg I can always attach the wire at that end to the pins, just below the bend. But it would be neater if I could get pads down again.
