I guess this is my first post on vcfed, so let me first say hello to everyone. My name is Tom and I'm mostly interested with mid 80s to mid 90s hardware. I think 386 is the generation that triggers my nostalgia most.
Lately I acquired a very interesting 386 board - UNISYS PW2 800 pictured below. It's 386 DX20 with 387 coprocessor and 385 cache controller. It also features 2 socketed Zymos POACH (1 and 2) controllers and WD serial/paralel chip. I find it quite impressive both in terms of size and build quality.
I have already tested the board and it seems to be fully working. Still, I couldn't find any manual that would explain all the switches and jumpers. I am also curious what is the slot located in the centre of the board that resambles VESA extension slot. Probably some propietary memory expansion, but could you verify?
My basic question is if anyone here have access to any manual for this particular board model?
I'll appreciate any help.
Best regards,
Tom
