Orchid Prodesigner Translation ROM

Does anyone have, or know where I can find, a copy of the Translation ROM image for an Orchid Pro Designer II? According to the manual I found today, this was an optional chip to allow the Pro Designer II to have built in capacity to emulate various older modes (MDA, CGA, etc...).
