WTB : Extender (transmitter) card for IBM 5161

Hello friends,
I would like to ask if any extender (transmitter) card for IBM 5161 is available for sale ?

Just have receiver card, backplane and chassis of IBM 5160 with power supply, and as I saw cable is possible to buy online nowadays. So only extender card is needed to make all unit back to life, which would be really great :)
