SCSI to PCMCIA adapter, need help determining if they are true SCSI devices

Hi, hey i have purchased from a local store a "SCSI to PCMCIA" adapter but before completing the transaction i like to be sure
I have purchased from them before they are honest chaps, but i have my doubts if this are true SCSI PCMCIA drives because there no jumpers on them nor SCSI termination, also they use this dual ribbons to connect to the controllers.
