Hi Gang !
If anyone living near the Cincinnati Ohio area is looking for a Packard Bell Corner Computer, I have three for sale. I have had them for well over 10 years and I guess it's time for 'em to go. I will also throw in a lot of original Packard Bell restore CD's, and a sizeable amount of Packard Bell software and manuals. Also, I have and will throw in a very rare Packard Bell case that is NOT an LPX motherboard! It is a regular Packard Bell case, but it has a regular ATX style motherboard in it. I have never seen another one.
These items are at my home in Loveland Ohio, and will need to be picked up there. Shipping is not available.
Everything goes for $200. Pretty reasonable for a very rare computer, let alone four. ( If you're a Packard Bell collector of course. )
Edit: Forgot......someone on here was looking for very old software. I have hundreds of 5¼" floppy disks ( from my father ) that he purchased prior to 1994. Some of this stuff is really ancient. Like Dos 1 for example. Also, very old games. Probably a lot of these disks are 360k if I remember correctly.
I'm hoping the group will find someone in Cincy to pick this stuff up, and distribute it amongst the group.
( These disks are the reason I built my World Famous Four Floppy Special Computer years ago. How many of you have seen a (486DX4-100) computer with four flop drives ( 360k, 720k, 1.2M and 1.44M with a CD-ROM drive. Not only that, WFWG 3.11 recognizes all five drives ! W95 and up won't do that. ) Still got that one in my very modest collection. Along with an 8088 with high density drives, VGA, and hard drives RUNNING WINDOWS 3.0 ! )
Thanks for looking.
