Hello,
A few months ago I picked up a Commodore CBM 8032 and unsurprisingly it did not work, as the power supply gave out no voltage of any kind. About a week ago I finally got around to trying to diagnose the problem and after a bit of troubleshooting it was determined that there was an break or open circuit somewhere in the primary winding of the transformer. I do not think that the transformer is replaceable and I have no idea on how to go about repairing the transformer itself.
Any thoughts?
Thank you
