Anyone know what this is?
Note that the 5.1/4" floppies are single sided and have no electronics on them, all the data encoding/decoding is done on a separate PCB. The controller is Z80 based and chip dates are about 1978.
Rather predates the home computer thing, so is it a commercial items? Came in a pile of test equipment from Cranfield aeronautical school long before it was a university.
Don't suppose it is going to work with the BBC B?
