This is a collection of chips bought from a place I work 25 years ago when it closed down.
It is a wide range of types and technologies, LS, F, S, HC etc.
Collection of PALs, 22V10, GAL20V8 but mostly bipolar ordinary and A types.
Lots of memories, EPROM, SRAM, DRAM, FIFO etc. Largest is only 1Mx1 or 256Kx4, lots of 1K bit and similar.
Many processor chips, mainly from the 6800/68000 families but did see Zilog and Intel families in there.
Far too many to count; for example there are 40 tubes of 32K and 256K bit fast SRAM for caches; 50 tubes of PALs. Let me hasten to add that many tubes are not full, this is a working collection of chips!
All the chips but a few percent date from the 80's, did see some from the 70's, also a few from the 90's such as the GALs. All the chips are DIL, odd zig-zag but mostly predates PGA and similar.
All the chips to the best of my knowledge are new and unused, but many of the fast SRAMs have been soldered, also sure the GALs are pulls.
There are 14 boxes of varying size, at a guess there are 1500 tubes of chips, if only half full then that is 15000 chips. At £0.10 each that is £1500! Yours for £500 but you will need to collect.
