Best Sound Card for a 386SX

I am looking to add a Soundcard to my Dell 316SX and I am wondering what the concensus was out there on this. Midi is not that important to me (I usually turn the music off in games), and I was thinking a Soundblaster 16 would be good, but not sure which one.

So what do you guys suggest?
